R&D Software Engineering Intern

Job Description

Looking for a challenging position in software development? Come join Keysight for a summer internship, and help us create market-leading oscilloscopes that use cutting-edge hardware and software technologies. You'll learn how to apply your engineering coursework and knowledge in software development to solve real-world problems. Working with your colleagues on an R&D team, you will develop portions of the product code, and work on test development for the product.

Job Qualifications

Required:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or the equivalent by June 2020- Software development skills- Knowledge of C and C++- Understanding of object-oriented design and tools- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and tackle challenging tasks- Strong engineering skills, attention to detail, and organization- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills- Ability to quickly learn new technologiesDesired:- Knowledge of C# - Experience with analog or digital circuits- Knowledge of signal processing and measurement science- Experience with oscilloscopes or other basic electronic instruments- Intern or co-op work experience in software development- Experience via coursework or previous internships in developing a significant software application- Familiarity with software engineering processes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
