Customer Service Specialist




Job Description


This Customer Service Representative is a key role, responsible for the Management of VOSCal offerings associated with delivering exceptional customer service and business solutions.   The qualified candidate will partner with associated organizations on strategic direction and delivering customized VOSCal solutions.  Relationship management with the Delivery teams including the Life Cycle Mangers, Support Sales team and SA business partners is a must.  Consistent delivery of quality services and an exceptional customer experience is expected. 


    Extensive knowledge of corresponding Work Instructions, Audit compliance, Revenue compliance is critical to the success of this individual and the teams they support. Extended knowledge of SOM, LCC/PUD's, Roseville Service Center, COE is extremely valuable. This role interacts with all departments and sections of Support


     This role requires highly effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of Management. Month end responsibilities include the closure of all VOSCal campaigns prior to the team leaving for the day.

    -Knowledge of Siebel and/or Oracle preferred


    Desired:


    -Access skills are a plus


    -Keysight Oracle and/or Siebel experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
