Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

Delivering customer excellence is the Customer Contact Center's primary goal. As a member of the Customer Contact Center, the Customer Service Representative proactively manages relationships with customers and sales representatives to exceed expectations and meet business goals. This position is responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Responds to and/or provides assistance to Keysight trade customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. May act as lead for team responsible for booking orders and/or processing quotes. Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.



  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.

  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments

  • Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment

  • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity


Job Qualifications

  • Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

  • Proficiency with computers and common software applications.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional global teams.

  • Good business acumen with positive solutions-oriented approach and ability to build productive relationships.

  • Complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.

  • Higher education or specialized training/certification desirable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
