The company's award-winning platform is used by enterprises worldwide, including AIG, Allianz, American Express, AT&T, Ernst & Young, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, HP, Microsoft, Santander Bank, Singtel Optus, Verizon and Wyndham Hotel Group The LATAM Channel Manager will have principle responsibility to contribute centrally to growth of Kryon North America operation by accelerating the scale and performance of our channel ecosystem. This leader is responsible for leading the LATAM channel sales, partnerships to recruit partners, enable partners, drive growth through partners, and activate/leverage the Channel community as a primary growth platform. The role requires an individual with strong leadership, sales and partnering skills, while also being able to create and articulate a shared plan for Kryon LATAM Sales. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business and conceptual technical savvy; an ability to both envision process improvements while driving the existing business; along with influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional constituencies to grow the business. With this in mind, we seek a talented leader who can motivate and lead our partner ecosystem on how to monetize and accelerate their business through intrinsic security solutions. Preferred Location is Florida US but can flexible within the United States. Requirements 5
years of LATAM channel sales management experience in a dynamic, highly competitive, ever-changing enterprise sales environment Major understanding of channel sales, Distribution, VAR, and MSSP operating models Ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within very large and complex organizations Extensive experience with channel partners, service providers, or end-customers in a dynamic software environment Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese Responsibilities Will be responsible for achieving LATAM sales targets on a quarterly and yearly basis. Will possess strong leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally Develop a cohesive plan to recruit and activate an appropriate community of Channel Partners to drive market presence, transactional growth, channel capacity, and sales performance Ensure alignment across GTM and Corporate functions around a clear and compelling channel growth strategy for, initiatives, campaigns, and overall execution Be operationally excellent in (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, and best practice sharing. Run weekly forecasting processes to provide visibility to Kryon's regional and corporate leadership of sales pipeline status and potential to achieve target bookings, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving target bookings. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
