Create and hold a true qualified pipeline (# and $) commit for 2022. Forecast and manage marketing budget to hit ARR goal. Direct all outbound marketing channels:
email, paid search, paid social, webinars, case studies, podcasts, virtual and in-person events, LinkedIn, G2crowd campaigns etc. Direct all inbound marketing channels:
website, content, PR, etc. Build and regularly communicate sales and marketing KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline development, and relevant SaaS metrics. Be a partner to the sales team in acquiring new logos, increase win rates, improve sales cycles, and win against existing and new competitors. Lead by example with your team of being hands-on in all major demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, case studies, podcasts, virtual and in-person events, LinkedIn, G2crowd campaigns, etc. Demonstrate pipeline management not just lead management, its transparency, growth, and conversion ratios to reach the company's quarterly and annual revenue goals. Partner with the CEO to define the ongoing marketing strategy, understand which markets should we next expand into, how we shore up our base, allocate resources, evolve our ICP, and what the qualification process should look like for our BDT and personas. Lead the company's product marketing efforts and craft creative assets- webinars, e-books, blogs, interviews, social media postings, whitepapers, case studies, etc. What You'll Need:

years of successful SaaS marketing experience with a focus on mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales. 4
years as Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Generation at a B2B SaaS company managing revenues greater than $10M with mid-market ($40K-$80K) and SME ($80K-$200K) avg customer size focus. Evidence of meeting and exceeding pipeline quotas and successful collaboration & interactions with executives/board members. Experience working at an early-stage startup creating proven marketing strategies to accelerate the company's revenue, demonstrating hands-on demand generation skills. A proven analytical and data-driven approach to marketing with In-depth knowledge of CRM, Collaboration platforms, and lead generation apps such as; Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SEO/SEM, G2 Crowd, Capterra, etc. Seasoned management skills with a successful track record of performance management, coaching, remote interaction and hiring, onboarding & maintaining 'A' performers. Our ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, optimistic, and results-driven with deep experience and comfort in cross-collaboration with sales, product, customer success, and HR departments.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
